K-12 Staff and Counselor Training

• Spring Counselor Workshops
• The Washington Student Achievement Council-- in partnership with the Washington College Access Network, Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, and the Washington Financial Aid Association-- will be offering spring counselor workshops across the state. These workshops are geared toward school counselors, career counselors, district-level college/career staff, college admissions staff and nonprofit organization staff. Come learn, engage and grow!

Western Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (WASFAA)

As the regional professional organization for the western states, WASFAA's mission is to promote financial aid awareness and educational opportunities for students by providing professional development opportunities for its members. WASFAA's eight states and territories are comprised of Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and the Pacific Islands.

Regular training events include:

• Various state pre-conference trainings
